It Will Thrill You!
Authored by a veteran SR-71 pilot this tremendous work is a must for anyone curious about the plane, the people, the missions. Its photos and illustrations alone are worth the price of admission but there is so much more packed inside! I really liked the section with flight crew photos, of each operational pilot and RSO pairing.
I'm looking forward to a scorching hot day at Palmdale and sitting under the wing of an A-12 or SR-71 at Blackbird Air Park, to enjoy this book in the perfect setting!
