Helps me recover from exercise
I was doing weight training and also getting in some endurance training (jogging for 20 mins) on the treadmill. But my legs became sore all the time and didn't want to recover. I had to skip workouts. But using this vibrating foam roller at least 3 times a week on my legs, especially quads, made them feel relaxed and pain-free again. I've gone back to working out with weights and jogging again, no problem.
