I love my Keurig. I had one before but we moved and left it behind for one of our children. I tried to find the one we had and couldn't get one. So I came across this one and at first I was unsure due to being refurbished but once I received it and got to use it then I was very pleased. Only thing was not all the parts came with it so I had to order a few things separately but I'm more than pleased with my Keurig.
