Disappointing
The right earphone does not work correctly. It comes in and out with the sound. I have to keep adjusting my head angle to make it work. I am going to return the head phones because that is a lot of money to pay for an item that doesn't work correctly. I was so excited when I received them and now so dissatisfied with the quality of the item. I researched many brands and thought Bose QuiteComfort 3 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones was the right headphones I would be happy with and enjoy! They have been a pain to deal with! I need to know how and where to return them and then I will go to my local Walmart or Target and buy a pair in store.
