The ABOUT THIS ITEM and PRODUCT DETAILS had Philips Sonicare shown as the brand. I received a DIFFERENT brand. Seller offered a return a buyer's expense. ebay agreed the seller misrepresented the item and told me to wait for a prepaid return shipping label which I never received. Seller's ad stated "I just didn't want to throw all these in the trash can .." Not to worry, I will throw them in the trash can for you.

Brand new as advertised. Had the pieces I needed.
Shipping was good. A little slower than expected.
