Works great
I installed about 3 weeks ago, working perfectly. My stove is only 3 years old and I was shocked when the burner went out. I was more shocked when I looked up the replacement part, $144. To my relief I found here for about 1/3 the price. Be careful when removing clips that hold the element in place. If yours is like mine there are 3 clips that hold to under side of glass and are difficult to remove. I recommend vise grips or something similar. Do not use a screwdriver as that seems to look like a good option. The clips have a pin that drops into holes under the element.
