1 of 2 found this helpful It is not as good as a professional guard made in a lab. But it isn’t $1000 either. The first one only lasted 6 months. But my jaw muscles put a lot of pressure on the guard when I sleep. I will continue to buy until I find a better one. I haven’t found one yet.

Very good product
When the retainer is not in your mouth, it needs to be soaking in a cup with retainer brite. This will keep it clean for many years.
