Received used or damaged item

After having a horrible first experience with Detroit axle. The second was was not any better. The box was clearly just resealed with a piece of tape and one of the brake rotors I received was very rusted and damaged on the braking surface of the rotor. Do not recommend buying from Detroit axle. I do not have the time to return them to just get another janky set of rotors. 2 very bad experiences so far.
