Great design but mine was unstable unfortunately

Firstly, the design concept is great and it looked to be a perfect replacement for my old Tab S. However, after uploading Android 10 it started to mess about. Refusing to start up at all, disappearing into safe mode etc.. Whe it froze the final time I ended up with nothing but a little happy penguin icon in the middle of the screen and would do absolutely nothing. Finally after pressing power and volume buttons it finally rebooted. At this point I quickly uninstalled my Google account, quick factory reset, then nicely packed up and back to where it came from. Maybe I was just unlucky ? but back to Samsung for me. Never had problems like this with Galaxy Tabs.
