  photo shows a worn out package but listed as new. This was clearly a used item. parts were lose in mailing package and a zip lock bag with the bottom cut out. Screws were not bright and shiny as they are with other purchases for same item. No instructions were received with it. Granted I did not need them. The only best offer he would take is full price. I will keep it but seller I feel is not truthful in his ad.

  Contacted seller 10 mins after purchasing to cancel, they said they’d stent able to figure out how to refund using their smart phone and that their computer was broken. Order was originally canceled, product was later shipped and I was charged a refund fee. Seller did not proactively communicate.
