For Cavalier Sunfire 03-05 Front Sub K Frame Crossmember Subframe Engine Cradle

Frame is out of sqaure = twisted. Cannot...

Frame is out of sqaure = twisted. Cannot get a front end alignment. Was not made to factory specs. Pockets for control arm bushings are not made to correct size, so control arms will not fit without being grinder down. The Extra plate that is welded on: blocks off the exhaust route valley. Welds are not done correctly, very poor craftsmanship. Rack-o-pinion does not fit into channel without modifying the mounts for it. BAD PART, WASTE OF MONEY, AND WASTE OF TIME. I spent 2 days of hard work trying to make this part work, grinding, welding, and modifying brand new parts. All factory OEM parts except for this sub-frame.

Worth the money

It was a direct fit. Arrived well packaged. My only complaint is the dual clamp pipe sleeve. Should just have an insert flange on the pipe and then clamp it. I broke the bolts on the sleeve trying to prevent the pipe from twisting so much. There was exactly a 1" gap between the flex pipe piece and the catalytic converter pipe piece. Where the sleeve clamp goes. Sounds good, it is quiet, no leaks, and had it on in a 1.5 hours.
