Excellent Lap-top battery
I received my new battery in a very timely manner and it has proven to be an extremely good value for the cost. The company was VERY efficient and shipped almost immediately for very fast and efficient service. It IS a product of China but then what isn't and it DOES do an excellent job and holds a charge very well. I recommend this product completely! RG Gale

Samsung SoSo
I like the value for the $$$ BUT Samsung software is the pits! It comes with limited ringtones, NO built-in smiley icons (like my old one) and poorly located buttons on the case. On the UP side it is bigger and has a better keyboard for my "fat" fingers which are almost useless on the touch screen which is sometimes too sensitive and other times not sensitive enough!. A stylus will not work on the touch screen at all. Sound is clear and the phone basically works just great for being such an inexpensive instrument. I got what I paid for and it is ok but NOT the best.
