This product doesn't suck and was cheap for how much it doesn't suck.
I purchased this drive to store all the recording session data for my studio. It works flawlessly and has no problem keeping up my IMac using Protools. It has both USB and Firewire which makes it very versatile and it came formatted for use with Mac.

Great time saver. works like described. Would recommend.
I run a rehearsal and recording studio and I burn a lot of CD's. This really cuts down the wear and tear on internal DVD/CD burners on out of production iMac's and PC's.
