Good value for the money.
Tile guide that sits behind the blade is very difficult to adjust, the base is too big. I had to grind some off so it would line up with the blade correctly.
I bought this for a bathroom approx. 6'x5', 12"x12" tiles 3/8" thick. I will also be using it soon to tile a 10'x12' laundry room.
