Red Fuel Filter Head Spacer Seal Rebuild Kit Bleeder Screw Fit 01-10 Duramax 6.6

A thinner spacer 1/4" to 3/8" would have been a better fit for my LB7 Duramax as well as a thinner o-ring to seal pump body to filter head body...

The large diameter o-ring for the pump body to filter head is too large and would not fit, forcing me to use the old o-ring which failed after I finished the rebuild. I had to buy another kit from Napa at 2.5 x the price to get the one correct o-ring. The spacer is too thick to use on my 2002 Duramax, so without replacing the hoses to the filter head I was unable to use. Dealer price for the longer hose from filter head to cp3 pump is a dealer only item at $62.00 for a formed hose!
