The outside dimension (covering the center hub) fits fine. HOWEVER, the inside diameter that interfaces for attachment with the wheel hub is too small to create a binding fit.
The only way for these to bind properly is to build up the inside diameter with tape to increase the diameter to bind to the wheel. I used some plastic electrical tape - takes about 10 layers to become a diameter that binds sufficiently. It may be that a thicker tape like duct tape could also work and require fewer layers.
I listed these as a good value only because for far less than the price of one OEM hub cap you get four of these, and for me it is worth the trouble to remedy the inner diameter issue. Others may disagree so I also rated these as not recommended.
