My unit only partly works.
The weather station I received will not connect to the NWS website to get the forecast information each day. Also the rain gauge only works intermittently. I contacted La Crosse and they agreed to sent out a new rain sending unit but I have not received it yet. Also I contacted the tech help unit at La Crosse and they could not help me get the unit to receive the National Weather Service Forecasts. So as right now, the unit only half works. Not what I expected. I owned another La Crosse weather station for 25 years and it worked right until this year.

Well made but missing parts
Overall this unit is well made. It is replaceing one that I have used for many years. It was missing the perches for the center section and I called the number on the box about two weeks age and have not received the promised replacements as of this date. I still would recommend this unit.

K478 rebuild kit for Gast 0523 compressor
This kit provides what is necessary to rebuild the compressor. However the two felt filters are much shorter that the original filters that are in the compressor. I had to order the correct length ones from Gast in order to insure all the air was being filtered entering the compressor. I would not buy this kit again because of this.
