Nice add on.....
This is a well designed product that does what it is supposed to do. It is easy to install ( watch a you tube video) and fits like a glove. I was more interested in the grip extension than the extra round in the magazine but having the extra round is a nice side benefit.
I installed in in a magazine for my Glock 42, I put it on one mag for when I carry it in a Fobus holster and I kept the second mag as is for pocket carry...the best of both worlds....

Fits my Glock 42 like a glove, i love the "draw force" adjustment. It's lightweight... just about perfect.

Works really well ...
I am using this indoors for Olympic Air rifle practice with .177 pellets. It works like a charm !
