good value
like the fact it contains 4 volumes of manuals in one compact cd. However, the overall quality of the images is poor. Some not even legible. This poses quite the problem when it comes to torque specs. Very helpful in some respects, no so in others.

easy install
I have hard water. I was hoping to obtain the results that you get with a whole house conditioner that uses conditioning salts. This does not soften water! This may purify as described, but it doesn't really condition for hard water. I've used to for about two months now. I have found that cleaning the hard water spots off the shower glass is more difficult now, and some spots require more scrubbing than before. Some didnt come off at all. I use a blue 3M pad with Ajax or Comet. I will probably be removing this product because I dont need my cleaning any more difficult. Disappointed...
