Broken Disk
0 of 2 found this helpful After attempting to install software several times to no avail I took a closer look at the unlabeled side and discovered that the software has a crack approximately 2 inches from the center toward the outer edge of the disk. Of course, I quickly understood my inability to use the purchased software. I will say that when I received the piece of mail it was curled noticeably, but when I opened I did not notice the crack. It was only yesterday that the obvious flaw jumped out at me.
