The product was a gift and all is good except the plunger was not included.

Be honest with yourself!π
Today with all of the increasing health issues and obesity , diabetes etc obviously we are doing something terribly wrong.
By eliminating as many chemicals etc from our everyday consumption I believe we have an opportunity to turn at lease ourselves around.
I have heard the excuse that " This diet is too expensive". My comment is "Put a price on your well being and longevity ".
I do not believe it is enough to be vegan or low fat etc.
Simply get rid of of the chemicals, and GMO's and white sugar etc.
This will begin to make a difference .
Try this program.
