    This seller was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. We needed the item rushed to us and they were very accommodating. The packaging could have been better since the item was very heavy. We would have preferred some padding for protection. Fortunately it arrived without any significant damage to the box or item.     Seller is a perfect 5 Star! Product has still yet to arrive thanks to the USPS. Seller has offered all the help he can, and even offered to cancel the order and refund my money. Why should we suffer because of the lousy USPS service. Filing a claim and getting a settlement from the USPS is like pulling teeth. The USPS needs to be replaced.

    Great communication and timely replies. The seller ships immediately, however the priority, or the lack of ability by the USPS to deliver in a timely manner is inadequate. Over two weeks from ordering to deliver, seller shipped immediately. I ended up purchasing like item from another vendor. This will go in my stock for use later. Arrived too late for me to use for intended project.
