Good value for money

800 watts for just under £40 is pretty good. The chromium plated extension pipe seems to be worth that. There is a down-side to the cleaner and that is very soon evident: it topples over: I have removed the front central wheel and replaced it with two front wheels, my own design. It is still capable of going 'head-over-heels' however. The two-core cord is more likely to be seen powering a table lamp--but again, it's still fair for the money! If you're not too worried about it 'toppling over' then go ahead and buy it.

Looks the part

Lens is plastic with a steel gold-coloured body. Looks very nice. Better suited to an outside building or some shelter as it wouldn't be water-proof. Well pleased with the product.

Effective good value filter

I am a photo club photographer and the right gear is important. This particular lens I ordered was for a friend. I recommended the lens to him as I already had purchased and tried out this particular filter. The optical quality is good and examples of long-exposure shots, many of them including water movement, are well up to standard. Whether it is worth spending at least double (as you can do) on one- or- two other well-known brands is debatable. I just can't see what the improvement could be. May I say that prior to ordering I really did wonder what the quality would be like. Just on a technical point a single filter 10 stop is far better than using multi-layer square filters that can multiply to around ten stops, all you get here is the dreaded purple cast. As a final analysis I have to give the filter ten out of ten because I am unable to fault it.
