Installation a nightmare

After days with Microsoft Xbox support still can’t get Flight Simulator to launch activation via MS Store is extremely difficult and sucks. Using 10 DVD’s and then told to uninstall reinstall is poor support and still doesn’t work. Final error requiring Directrix 11. Bad bad Microsoft!!!
