Quality wire, good value

Quality wire, good value; substituted color, as they stated they might based on supply. Wire all coiled together, not a big problem, takes 15 minutes unravel to individual colors. My second purchase, recommend and would buy again

Reliable Classic Honda Daily Rider

I bought this CB500T with 5,600 miles for a daily rider. It had been stored in a barn for 25 year and with fresh plugs and cleaning the carbs, the engine runs quite well. The first gear ratio is relatively high, and it takes a lot of gas and clutch to get going, but once rolling, shifting through the other four gears is easy. Highway riding is relatively smooth for vertical twin, and cruises nicely at 65-70 mph. As might be expected for a DOHC, the bike feels a bit top heavy and is a bit tricky on cornering. The front disk caliper/piston on this model is prone to rust and mine was frozen when I bought it; however, after rebuilding it breaks fine. Honda lowered the compression on this model to 8.5:1 so it can run on unleaded gas, but the 40-50 mpg I am getting is a bit of a disappointment. Overall, the bike is a reliable with fair handling and a solid classic daily rider.
