Great long-awaited album!!!
The first thing pertaining to Hank Shermann since Force of Evil, this album truly kicks ass. Joining Hank in the ranks in Craig Locicero from Forbidden on guitars, Marc Grabowski on bass, Mark Hernandez on drums and Klaus Hyr on vocals. And as I expected with greats such as Craig and Hank, you can't go wrong. This is by far what I'd consider Hank's best work since Mercyful Fate's heyday in the 80s. Some fans may be turned off due to this being the thrashiest stuff he's done but let's not forget that Mercyful Fate inspired almost virtually the entire thrash scene. And anyone who knows Forbidden will know Craig Locicero is no chump either. I love the entire album, so I'm not gonna get into what makes each song what it is... You wanna know, you should just grab it for yourself. I personally feel IMO there is no room for disappointment!
