DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I ordered this fan and it had TWO major problems!!!!
The molded threads on the fan base are not beveled (tapered) so that the mating surface in your vehicle can grab them to be able to screw the fan into place. AND the fan itself was stiff and not free wheeling....it was stiff enough that it wouldn't even move on my fan settings of 1 & 2. I couldn't find any markings on this fan at all about where it was made, serial numbers, model numbers, etc...it's completely blank and void of any manufacturing info...very suspicious. I noticed that my original fan actually has tiny weights on the fan fins to help balance it but this new one has none...I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it a zero to submit it.
