THIS is the Boris Badenov we all know and love.
Even though Boris and Natasha the Movie predates The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, Dave Thomas does a great job of portraying everyone's favorite no-goodnik spy from Pottsylvania. True, the movie centers around Boris and Natasha, so of course the characters are flushed out in more detail then in TAoR&B. And even though there is no CGI moose or squirrel... there are actual actors portraying R & B... the writing and the acting make this a very cute... campy movie.
Dave Thomas and Sally Kellerman gave a much more well rounded performance as opposed to how Boris and Natasha were portrayed in TAoR&B. At least in my opinion.

The identities of R & B are not revealed until just about the very end of the movie. So if you're looking for actors dressed up as R & B, you won't find them.
