    SO disappointed. I’ve purchased from this seller several times over the last 15 years thru Ebay, Etsy, and her site. Only to be ripped off by her or the USPS ARIZONA CITY USPS, not receiving what I paid for in FULL. She 1st told me that she was on vacation so didn’t even know I ordered?! Excusing herself. Next I didn’t receive the items I paid for immediately as a RETURN, YEARS LONG, LOYAL CLIENT. I’M HURT, DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED THAT THEY WOULD DO THIS OVER A $20 PURCHASE! SAD. : (

    This is such a sad situation. This buyer has been messaging me almost daily for a month. Her item WAS shipped and tracked. Here is tracking via USPS: Aug 18, 20237:42amDELIVERED PO BOXARIZONA CITY, AZ 85123I have refunded this customer, at OUR LOSS, I am NOT required to do this, as it was clearly tracked to her address. I am now blocking this buyer, clearly she is having issues with mail, email, messages...she's having problems with all of them?Then to leave a negative comment? ugh, sad
