I receiv3d my product, but was disappointed to find that the plug is not compatible with our New Zealand plug. Surely the country of receipt would have alerted to you the type of plugs used in New Zealand. What will you do for me? The charge for shopping alone was expensive. I am attaching photos of plugs we have in New Zealand & the adapter you sent that has the wrong shape plug. Not happy at all.
