Not good over 4 lbs
My Nikon camera w Sigma lens weighs in at 4.6 lbs. First use of this monopod was a nightmare as the leg extensions keep sliding downward. Tried extending different portions hoping that maybe just the one was bad & would hold its place when clasp engaged. It was not the case. The manufacturer info states it holds up to 6.6 lbs - not so. I gave it an extra star because at that price, I should have known better. Also, the cover that comes w the monopod is a cheaply made plastic (I could have lived w that had it held my camera in place.)

Worked perfectly!
Was worried when I first saw the cord as it looked a lot simpler than the original cord. All for not as it worked perfectly for a fraction of the cost of a Panasonic power cord.

A sturdy replacement
They seem as sturdy as originals which lasted about 4 years. This is good as I grill continuously throughout the year & don’t clean it as I should. Time will tell-
