They call it a DumDum
My buddies call it a Dum Dum because it is so user friendly that reading the instruction manual is strictly optional. Ease of use, great functionality and fun... how did we ever live without it? Worth every Penny but a superior deal through ebay!

The ONE negative review was Obviously a TROLL!
I bought this and a separate microwave to replace a "Microwave/Convection" oven. This isn't simply a Toaster oven and the Negative review that stated there were no removal trays... was simply LYING.
This Unit has TWO Trays! One you can place below the grate and the other at the very bottom of the Oven. I normally line them with Foil, so I don't have to clean the trays afterwards. He states you can't fit 4 slices of toast in it... again, HOGWASH!.. I've toasted 6 at one time!
I've had this unit for about a year and in that time, I've cooked Lasagna, 12" Pizza's, Cookies, Brownies etc. It does have the Convection Oven option however, I'm not a fan so I just use the conventional oven and it works flawlessly.
If you're contemplating purchasing one, don't let the one FALSE negative review fool you (there's always trolls out there with nothing better to do) as this is simply a smaller version of a household oven and will do whatever you need it to do!

Great Product
