Too flimsy and blunt.
Quite flimsy and the disc is not very sharp. There is no way that it can 'self sharpen'. I happen to have a lathe so could put an edge on it but still managed to bend it when I pushed too hard.

Does what it says
I use for a bladder condition at night and it seems to help.
