Tells what the story is about.
The book is a continuation of the story of Princess Maddie, a Royal Ranger Apprentice. The book is fast paced and exciting. It was an enjoyable read. It is for children aged 10-14. The younger children may have to have help with some of the larger words. Many adults like the series of stories by John Flanagan also.

I loved The Best of Riverdance. Beautiful dancing.
Awesome Irish dancing. Beautiful productions. Company very talented and Michael Flatley and Jean Butler especially so. The dvd also includes a documentary on Riverdance's first 10 years. This dvd is well worth seeing.

I am pleased. Great value for my money. Great story line.
I could have bought the books individually, but I bought this book because it had the first three books in it and I intend to collect the series. I love it. The books take you through the efforts of the inhabitants to get rid of the Thread (a parasite that destroys everything except water, stone or metal).
I am prone to reread books that I like numerous times and am wondering it the spine of the book will withstand that without cracking and separating. It is thicker than most paperbacks, so I will watch for any damage.
