Poor and overpriced product and poor support

Now in week 4 with Nextbase support trying to figure out why it doesn't work. They are giving me conflicting and outright contradictory diagnoses and basically font have a clue and no apparent desire to supply a solution. Poor and overpriced product and poor support. I wouldn't but Nextbase again.
