Horrible!!
I just opened my package to find the cd my fiance has been dying for, only to find a filthy cd case broken into multiple peices with a scratched to hell cd inside. I am so disappointed! How am I supposed to gift this when it looks like I pulled it out of the trash? I understand maybe the case broke in transit, but there's dirt or mud and sticky stuff all over the case (the parts that are still intact). Waste of my money.
