Quality LEDs
Tested about 250 of the 1000 I received and haven't found a dud yet. Great deal for the price!

Questionable quality, great price.
0 of 1 found this helpful Like one of the other reviewers mentioned, the negative terminal on my unit is way too small to fit a banana plug (even the included ones). I measured the inner diameter with my calipers at 3.65 mm. The standard size is 4 mm. I started to attempt to drill the hole to the correct diameter, but I don't think there would've been anything left if I did. Since I keep the negative and ground tied together anyway, I just use the ground plug instead. Still, it speaks to the quality control on these things. It's like someone picked a part from the wrong bin during assembly.
This is a switching supply, so there is a fair amount of noise on the output. It's tolerable for my purposes, but if you need a real steady source of DC, look elsewhere.
Despite these drawbacks, you can't beat the price. If you are looking for a quality supply, however, be prepared to spend some more money.

Well made chiller
This is a high-quality lab chiller. I use it as a glycol chiller for my home brewing operation. It's really incredible how much heat this thing can move. It is not, however, a particularly efficient machine. To maintain the temperature of the bath to the specified +-0.01C tolerance, it will run the chilling components AND the heating coils. This translates to about 800W of continuous electricity usage. I avoid this by adjusting the set point to the minimum temperature, then use an external temperature controller to control the temperature of the bath. Also, invest in a can of air conditioner coil cleaner for the front grill (use the rest on your home AC!).
