Worthwhile produce
This is a great product. I read about it online and watched a video which showed how easy it is to use. The product was re-designed at some point for an improvement. With the earlier design, you had to remove two screws and loosen the remaining two screws enough to slide the shim in place .This was what I expected to do, However, the new product I received has slots that allow you to slide the shim in past all four loosened screws. You no longer have to remove 2 screws to install it. Just loosen all the screws, slide it in and re-tighten the screws. This made it even easier to use. The packaging still shows pictures of the older styled shim, so it was a bit confusing when I opened the package and it didn't look like the illustrations on the packaging. Once I figured out what they had done, I tried it and was happy with the improved ease of use.

Awesome pretty shell.
This shell is absolutely beautiful. The colors and polish on it are, if anything, more vivid than the picture. The size is as described. The is one small chip on the mouth of the shell, which is OK by me. May order another as a gift.

A bit small for a true 9" plate.
Good product in nice colors. However, these holders will not let you tuck a true 9" plate into the tabs. These would fit a slightly smaller plate (8 3/8" - 8 3/4") which are available a a local Walmart, so I will pick up some for these holders. You could just rest a true 9" plate in the holder and use it that way, but I want the plate to fit in the tabs.
