Excellent Workout!
This workout was shorter than I expected it to be, buy it really packs a punch. If you are short on time and you want a good workout, this DVD is a must!

Kathy Smith Great Thighs and Buns Video
Kathy Smith uses the step for a great buns and thighs workout. You can really feel it when the video is done. However I thing that the time where she uses the step to help burn calories could be longer. It is definitely a video that wil shape and define your buns and thighs. It may not be the best video, however, for weight loss.
