An excellent, well priced time piece.
I bought my first Seiko watch about forty years ago (a self winding, mechanical watch). It stopped working about three years ago. I bought the new Seiko as one of my daughters had cajoled me into giving her another Seiko which I bought for myself three years ago.
I have an Omega quartz watch five years old and although I like wearing it, I know that it keeps no better time than the either of the Seikos which I own, despite it having cost me 854 pounds sterling or around $AU1878 at the then rate of exchange, which is about ten times the Seiko cost. I am cynic enough to believe that the vast difference in price is mostly caused by huge advertising spends by Omega, which is recouped by the gullible public (me for instance) paying big prices for their product,though I don't regret purchasing it.
The only thing that I (mildly) dislike about the Seiko is the fact that the blue dial is not as pronounced blue as it was in the EBay depiction of it. I can live with that however.
Oh. I bought my other daughter a Seiko for Xmas two years ago.

Better than expected.
It is a surprisingly good looking watch. The case and dial give the appearance of being well made. It has run well so far and keeps quite good time, tho' I don't use it every day. I have no idea how much longer it will continue to run and look as well as it has done so far.

Seems usable if i can assemble it.
