Just do it and replace all the replaceable, worn out parts!!!
Fixed an annoying squeal that only desisted for a short time with attention. Comparison of parts showed that the belt was one complete "V" narrower but otherwise looked fine, but was evidently slipping. All the old drum rollers were smaller in diameter which accounted for the uneven gap between the drum and the ends of the tub.Idler bearing wasn't free even after trying to lubricate it repeatedly.
