I messaged for tracking, day 5 she finally got around to answering & said she’d just purchased the mailing label & would ship it that day. Didn’t happen nor did she message to say so. When I next messaged, she gave excuses that she lives in a rural area & is a ski instructor – I am not sure how those actually relate to her slow response in shipping or messaging. She didn’t get $$$$ she thought & perhaps took the 8 days before mailing to decide to send or not.

I purchased one, then the other before I...
I purchased one, then the other before I had time to use them. They aren't as heavy duty as my last brand of hand held rake. I had to bend the ends of the prongs to get them to grip. With that, they work better.

Not great, but good.
0 of 1 found this helpful Set up was easy, but it took a few tries to get the wi-fi going and it does not come with a printer to computer usb cord. The ink runs out FAST, and it's twice the cost of my old Canon printer. I do not think I'd have purchased this printer if I'd known this.

Best for my business
I have a defensible space business for many years and these rakes are unreal. My other background is movement science. Ergonomics is everything. I wanted something sturdy and lightweight. Of the 12 I've purchased only one yellow handle broke. My guys are STRONG. My Latino workers were used to heavy metal rakes and LOVE using mine. They also go through plants and small rocks grabbing only dead stuff. It rained torentially the other day, the next day the surface was firm and still wet. These rakes performed as they were intended to. We could pull pine needles and other debris with one hand if we wanted to. In many circumstances, you don't need to push downward on them. Amazing A+++ product.
