Good Service manual

It is helpful to see the step by step instruction on scheduled maintenance, highlighted by photos and illustrations, it differentiate between the models that is unique to one vs. the other. It gives good insight into the inner workings of the engine, hope that never have to perform repair at that level. It provides tips, suggestions and technique how to substitute some specialized tools with home made tools in case if there is a need for one. It is obvious that it cannot cover every subject in great detail, but it is a good supplement in ones tool cabinet. Also greatly depends on how much work one wants to perform on their bike.

Great stuff

A must have for RX antenna building, you can never have enough. Buy twice as much as you need, you'll be happy that you did later. This model has the larger diameter holes so that you can use heavier gauge wire for slightly less loss. Be careful, if you nick the wire as you wind your transformer you could short to the conductive ferrite material and end up with dissapointing results. Measure resistance between the wires and the core itself, should be infinite and not in the kohms or lower range. Good luck...
