No working properly

It took them 3 days constant charge in order to use for 4 hours. Then they had to be on charge again.

very nice lightweight and very effective as an oil diffuser

I have had an issue with one of the tops cracking on top I am interested in having a couple of replacement caps without having to purchase a brand new entire system! How are the tops where the mist comes out of available to obtain is my sincere question for your company?
