Poorly Fitting Case
After moving over the electronics and battery to the new case, I discovered that none of the buttons worked. Close inspection against the original Volvo key fob case showed that the recessed area for the battery is much too deep compared to the original, and the battery won't touch the contacts of the PC board. Because the replacement case is not an exact replica of the original, it won't function at all. It was a waste of money.

The plastic is very fragile on the replacement key fob, not sturdy like the original. Small plastic tabs bend or break easily, so the shell is unusab
