GREAT! Highly recommend it for everybody young or old. The music is cool too.
This CD is awesome! I listen to it every day on my walkman and sleep phones. I have/had some serious brain fog from quitting smoking after 50 years and have seen a definite improvement in the first few days of listening.
I am recommending it to everyone including my grand daughter.
Never too young to program your brain.
(Not that I can hear what the subliminal message is telling me.)
