    Releases Endorphins in Middle-Aged Readers
Someone gave me this book, noting that he had read it three timnes but that I'd hate it. I have read it four times, and know of nothing that makes me feel more comfortable about the potentially good things about aging balancing ahead of the bad and the threat of death. Although Jungian in stance, the lingo does not overpower the casual reader. I bought this one, or tried to, as a Christmas gift for a mentor now in his eighties who, when I asked him what he'd been doing lately, had said: "You know that English show on PBS: Waiting for God"? This is, though, a pricey volume, and I RECOMMEND YOU PAY MORE AND GET IT FCROM A REPUTABLE SOURCE LIKE pOWELLS INSTEAD OF SOME FLY-BY-NIGHT DISCOUNTER WHO NEVER DELIVERED.

Excellent Movie, More Issues Than Just Smoking
First of all, the seller of this was conscientious and excellent, and the price was pocket change. This film transcends just the issue of tobacco, and is probably the best look at public relations and spin ever done on film. Also it is hysterical. Doesn't rub its moral[s] in, but effectively makes them. I buy movies i want to watch many more times than once, and this goes into my personal keeper collection.

Fun little book worth having or giving
Even if you're not overcome with an interest in literature, as I am, this is a good handy basic guide to most classic cocktails enhanced with lore. Recipes ar easy and undemanding, and lore makes them more fun. I've given about a dozen of these as gifts, and everyone has loved the book.
