Awesome except nut

Best 7 string I've had except the nut was too high. Once you fix that everything else is great.

Minor issues but I like it.

It has slight fret sprout and the neck needed a shim to correct the high string action but, these are minor problems and easily corrected. It is actually 24.75" scale but, advertised as 25" scale. The neck is a thick weird profile in my opinion but, I personally like it. Pickups are 11-12k output. Overall I love the look and a 24 fret 24.75" scale guitar is almost unheard of in this price range. It seems to tune up and hold tune well.

Very interesting book!

I always love reading "how to" and historical books. This one is both! I never plan to build a steam engine, but this book provides all of the necessary 1874 era information to do so it seems. This is an interesting read that I plan on keeping in my library.
