Great first book in a new trilogy
I loved the Blood books by Tanya Huff and discovered these books featuring Tony and Henry who have moved to Vancouver. Very good stories and an interesting continuation of the characters' journey.

Suspend Disbelief
I bought this book because I thought her book "Pale Immortal" needed more story to complete. This book was okay, but it really asks the reader to accept some aspects of the story. I am not convinced that it needed to take that route to satisfyingly complete Evan and Rachel's story.

A great followup to the first in the series. I love this series.
