Pay for the Sony name but get inferior engineering or cheap "tuner" inside.
Sony must be cutting back on their parts? This is the second Sony clock radio I've purchased that has trouble pulling in local FM stations. It seems to find the station I like if I reposition/twist/turn the radio but leaving it on the nightstand where I like it doesn't work. (My old GPX brand and even an older GE clock radio seem to have no trouble) Disappointed that I (once again) paid for the Sony name and got in inferior product.
